Submittals (Shareable Pages)

Quil now supports Submittals — shareable pages that allow you to easily present candidate materials without requiring the recipient to have a Quil account.

Users can use Submittals to showcase follow-up materials and video/audio snippets in a clean, branded format — perfect for sharing with hiring managers, clients, or internal teams.

What Are Submittals?

Submittals are customizable, shareable pages created from completed Quil meetings. These pages can include:

  • Candidate summaries

  • Attached documents (e.g., follow-up material, resumes)

  • Quil-generated video or audio snippets

Each submittal can be shared publicly via a unique URL, making it easy to present a candidate without needing a login.

How to Create a Submittal

  1. Complete a Meeting in Quil

  2. Navigate to the Summary section of that meeting

  3. Click on Submittals

  4. Select “Create” or click the purple “+” button

From here, you can:

  • Choose which Documents and Snippets to include

  • Arrange them in the format you want to present

  • Add a high-level summary or custom notes about the candidate

Once you're ready, click “Publish” to generate a live, shareable page.

Managing Your Submittals

After publishing, you can return to the meeting at any time to:

  • View the live page

  • Edit the content

  • Share the link again

  • Delete the submittal if it’s no longer needed

Submittals are also branded using your Document Branding settings.

Best Practices for Recruiters

  • Use the header to call out top candidate strengths or role fit

  • Include snippets for compelling quotes or responses from the candidate

  • Use the document section to attach resumes or custom follow-up material

  • Share the URL directly with hiring managers or clients — no login required
