Quil now supports Submittals — shareable pages that allow you to easily present candidate materials without requiring the recipient to have a Quil account.
Users can use Submittals to showcase follow-up materials and video/audio snippets in a clean, branded format — perfect for sharing with hiring managers, clients, or internal teams.
What Are Submittals?
Submittals are customizable, shareable pages created from completed Quil meetings. These pages can include:
-
Candidate summaries
-
Attached documents (e.g., follow-up material, resumes)
-
Quil-generated video or audio snippets
Each submittal can be shared publicly via a unique URL, making it easy to present a candidate without needing a login.
How to Create a Submittal

Managing Your Submittals

-
Delete the submittal if it’s no longer needed
Submittals are also branded using your Document Branding settings.
