What is Quil Intelligence?
Quil Intelligence is your personal AI meeting assistant inside Quil. It helps you:
- Search for specific information from meeting transcripts, summaries, and attachments
- Receive answers in text or table format that can be copied (with formatting) into other tools
If you're not sure where to start, you can always use built-in prompt suggestions.
Where can I find Quil Intelligence?
Quil Intelligence can be accessed from any meeting details page:

- Open up any meeting. You’ll see a tab called “Quil Intelligence” (the first one on the screen!)
- To get started, simply start typing your own question or click one of the suggested prompts.
What kinds of questions can I ask Quil Intelligence?
You can ask questions or request information related to the meeting, for example:
- “What tools did the candidate mention?”
- “Summarize the candidate’s experience in a table.”
- “List all certifications and acronyms mentioned.”
You can also ask Quil Intelligence to format answers as a table for easier comparison.
How do I export responses?
- Click the copy button to copy the full response, including tables, while preserving formatting.
- Copy and paste the response into your emails, notes, or wherever it’s needed.
Can I give feedback on answers?
You can rate the responses. For each chat, you can:
- 😀Mark it as helpful
- ☹️ Mark it as not helpful
This information is used by our product team to improve the feature.
What information does Quil Intelligence use?
Quil Intelligence answers questions based on:
- The meeting transcript (main source)
- Database notes linked to the meeting
- Attachments uploaded to the meeting
Can my team members see my chats?
No, your chats are private.
Does chat history get saved?
Your chat history is only stored for the duration of your session. So, if you log out of Quil, close the tab, or switch to another meeting, the chat will reset.
