Quil offers an integration with Colleague. By connecting your account, you allow Quil to link meetings and have notes automatically pushed into your existing records. No more copy and paste.
Where the notes go
After notes are submitted they will appear in the “Notes" or "history” section on the candidate or contact you selected.
Quil's Colleague integration only allows linking records with Contacts and Candidates

Setup for the integration with Colleague requires an API subscription Key, and User ID.

Activity types supported
Tags associated with History records in Colleague are supported by Quil's activity types.

You can assign activity types inside of each meeting type in Quil.

Colleague’s available tags will appear in a dropdown menu.

Activity types are only supported for History records.
Database Fields
Quil supports a limited set of database fields in Colleague. The following fields can be automatically or manually updated:

Current Annual Salary

Current Hourly Pay
Custom fields are not supported in Colleague’s integration.
Database Documents
Follow-up material generated by Quil (such as summaries or attachments) can be uploaded to Colleague when a record is linked. These documents will appear as Attachments in Colleague and can be uploaded either automatically or manually.
