This article will explain how to add an activity type to a meeting type, so when your meetings get sent over to your ATS, the notes will be categorized appropriately.
1. Accessing Meeting Types:
- Begin by logging into your Quil account.
- On the homepage, click on the gear icon to access the general settings, then select the 'Meeting Types' tab.
2. Selecting and Editing Meeting Types:
- You'll see a list of all the meeting types available in your account.
- Click the pen icon next to a meeting type to edit it.
3. Naming and Categorizing Meeting Types:
Note: To make this step easier, integrate with your ATS before this step. The different types of activities you have on your ATS will be imported to Quil for you to chose from.
- After clicking the pen icon, you will have the option to name the meeting type, and If your ATS has already been integrated, you will have the option to select your activity type for that meeting type.
- After selecting your activity type, click on 'Save and Continue' in the top right corner.
Tip: Each meeting type can have it's own activity type
