Document Branding

Quil now supports document branding, allowing your organization to personalize all documents downloaded through Quil with your logo, custom headings, and footer.

With branding enabled, any documents—such as call summaries or follow-up materials—will carry your company’s visual identity and important contact details.

How to Customize Document Branding

To update your branding settings, follow these steps:

  1. Click the gear icon in the top navigation bar

  2. If you have admin permissions, you'll see the Document Branding section

  3. Select the Elements tab to begin customizing:

    • Upload your logo

    • Add a custom header or footer

    • Include any important contact information or messaging

Only users with admin permissions can edit branding settings.

What’s Included in Document Branding

When branding is enabled, all downloadable documents from Quil will feature:

  • Your company logo

  • A custom header (e.g., company name, tagline, document title)

  • A footer with contact info or disclaimers

This ensures every document shared externally reflects your brand.

Previewing Your Branding

To visualize how your branding appears:

  1. Complete a call or meeting in Quil

  2. Navigate to the follow-up material

  3. Click Download as PDF

Your branding—logo, header, footer, and any contact details—will appear on the PDF, allowing you to see exactly how documents are presented externally.

This is the best way to confirm your customizations are displaying correctly.
